9:00am-9:30am Arrival and Registration

9:30am-11:00am Scoliosis and Hyperkyphosis, Flatback spinal deformities, what we must consider when teaching exercises.

11:00am-11:15am Break

11:15am-12:45pm Younger and Older Adults! What do they need for their future! Gym exercises that are safe for the neutral spine for clients with scoliosis and with any other spinal deformities.

12:45pm-1:30pm Lunch (cold lunch will be provided, let us know about any food allergy).

1:30pm-2:30pm Exercise demonstration and adaptations of starting positions. Adaptations of exercises for scoliotic, kyphotic, lordotic postures, practice in small groups.

2:30pm-2:45 Discussion

2:45pm-3:00pm Break

3:00pm-4:00pm Dynamic exercises, observation and adaptations

4:00pm- 4:30pm Safe stretching exercises

5:00pm Feed back and Certificates
