Event description

Description

Have you heard about genomics, the study of how your DNA functions? Want to find out more? Join us for an informative evening to learn about how genomics may hold the key to preventing adverse drug reactions, through a field of study also known as pharmacogenomics.

Learn about pharmacogenomics from three different perspectives: Martin Dawes (Family Doctor, UBC), Bryce Wong (Pharmacist, BC Pharmacy Association) and Amani Saini (Adverse Drug Reaction Advocate.) This event is free and open to the public and will offer a question and answer period after the talks.
