About this event
Student Legal Services of Edmonton presentation on domestic abuse will cover legal options for survivors of family violence such as peace bonds and restraining orders, the potential criminal charges that may apply for perpetrators of abuse, and legal resources for individuals who may be experiencing abuse.
Student Legal Services of Edmonton is a non-profit charitable organization comprised of over 250 volunteer law students that provide year round free legal services to University of Alberta students and the low-income community of Edmonton and surrounding area.
