If you want to impact a country, you must first reach its leaders! This is the goal of the Global Exchange to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Working together with the local leaders in Santo Domingo we hope to establish a sustainable platform to connect marketplace leaders! As a member of this team you will be involved in dinner parties, sector outreaches, business events and one-on-one interactions with Dominican Republic leaders to impact their cities and country.
Santo Domingo is the capital and largest city of the Dominican Republic and the largest metropolitan area in the Caribbean by population. The city is the cultural, financial, political, commercial and industrial center of the Dominican Republic. Santo Domingo also serves as the chief seaport of the country. A key element that has helped the city grow and compete globally is the telecommunications infrastructure and a sizable bilingual population that speaks English. Santo Domingo has areas of high development, a thriving middle class that contrasts with significant pockets of poverty that remain as challenges for the future.
As a team member you will receive our best training to develop your personal faith story and improve your skills as a speaker. You will also have opportunities to share ideas with other Canadian leaders and your professional experience with local leaders. This opportunity is designed to increase your leadership confidence, build relationships with leaders in the Dominican Republic and Canada, and to inspire you to make a difference back in your own city. We hope that you will join us in Santo Domingo for this life changing experience.
Cost: $3,995* early registration by June 15, 2023
$4,495* after June 15, 2023
