You pride yourself on your business' customer service, but are you extending it to your social media? Not paying attention to people reaching out to you online is like closing your door on your customers!

Many small businesses don't realize social media is an extension of their customer service. This session will discuss old fashioned customer service skills as they apply to social media, including the importance of answering questions, the places where customers might be trying to reach you, recognizing the difference between an unhappy customer and a troll, and more. Michelle will share tips and stories based on her experience providing online customer service for her clients.
