Event Details

Get a taste of summer as we transplant native plants in the Downsview Park greenhouse. Most of the native flowers and grasses growing in our greenhouse will eventually find a home in Downsview Park as part of the Downsview Park Tallgrass Project. As a thank you for your help all stewards will be able to take home a native seed packet.

Highschool students can count time spent at this program towards their required 40 hours of volunteer service. All participants under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
