• Presentation of 2022 Audited Financial Statement (will be posted on website by February 9, see below)
• Presentation of 2022 Year End Report (will be posted on website by February 9, see below) and Looking Ahead (plans for 2023)
• Election of Directors for 2023 – all new people running for the Board of Directors will be introduced (list of people running for the Board will be posted by February 9, see below – If you are interested in running as a director, please contact Elizabeth or Bonnie – see below.) Note: as per DSBIA Bylaws, there are no nominations for the Board from the floor.
After the AGM is complete, there will presentations to some long-standing businesses within the DSBIA to celebrate our 20th Anniversary.
