In this 4-part series Dr. Heidi and various special guests explore the relationship between our mood, brain health and how the choices we make at least 3 times a day can either fuel or drain our resources.

Dr. Juliet Ghodsian is a naturopathic physician in private practice in Vancouver, BC since 2005. She has a a background in counseling and social work as well as additional skill sets in energetic body work, intuitive healing, somatoemotional release and trauma clearing. She successfully healed herself from Crohn’s Disease in her mid 30s and appreciates the opportunity to share this learning with others on the path of healing from chronic disease.
