Event description

Spend the day with Maryse Cardin as she helps you transform your inner speech and inner self to achieve your dreams and goals. We will be creating a vision board to guide ourselves in making our dreams become reality. Come take the time to become clear on your intentions in all aspects of your life from your career to your health. A guided meditation will be included. Join us for a beautiful day.

Maryse Cardin, author and Self-Talk Coach, will transform the way you achieve your goals through the power of positive self-talk. Spend the day with Maryse as she breaks down the importance of speaking to yourself with love and the positive effect it has on achieving your goals through the use of vision boards.

"Maryse in just a matter of hours helped me to reconnect with my inner peace and happiness. That was a really joyful journey lead with love and respect. Thank you Maryse." -- Valérie, Toronto

"The best part of her help was that I felt her empathy and understanding; I felt heard and that was a huge part in completely trusting the process she was guiding me through." -- Maria K.
