Description

The Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Coalition for Report Cards on the Well-Being of Children is proud to host Driven by Data - How to Find and use Local Data in your Community. This event will be a showcase of the amazing local data available in our community. The event will feature many different types of local data including data portals, reports, maps and infographics. The goal is for attendees to be aware of existing local data resources, learn how to access them and be inspired to use local data and evidence in their work.

This is a drop in event, so please free to stop by anytime between 9:30am-12:00pm. Please note that there will be a panel presentation with examples of how local data has been used to inform local projects from 10:15-11:00am.

Presenters include: The City of Guelph, Community Engaged Scholorship Institute (CESI) @ University of Guelph, Guelph & Wellington Task Force for Poverty Elimination, County of Wellington, Toward Common Ground, Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health and many more.
