This session focuses on various approaches on how to introduce change and build support and buy-in to get things done.
Steve has held progressive positions in talent management and executive leadership development over the past 20 years in both the corporate and post-secondary sectors.
Working in the USA, Steve was the General Manager of a multi-national training organization that that delivered training to Fortune 500 organizations and government agencies.
Steve returned to Canada and joined SAIT as a Corporate Learning Advisor, then moved to Director of Executive Education, University of Alberta School of Business, followed by corporate roles as Group Lead, Talent Management at Encana Inc., Director Talent Management at Enbridge Inc., then as Associate Vice President of Talent Management for Canadian Tire, FGL Sports and Marks.
Steve has a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University, is a Certified Executive Coach and is certified in EQi 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments.
