Duane Andrews and The Hot Club of Conception Bay - Harvey NB

Master hot jazz guitarist Duane Andrews is back on the road and taking his most recent album Djangology across the Maritimes. While the album was recorded during the throes of pandemic life, Duane is delighted to finally be able to hit the road again and share this new album of Django Reinhardt classics with real live audiences and he’s got some of the East Coast’s finest instrumentalists on board to join him. The first leg of this two part tour starts in Shelburne and moves through Halifax and Wolfville, NS. These gigs will feature the fiery fiddle of Donald Maclennan, who also played on the Djangology sessions, and the rock solid rhythm guitar of Michael Dalton. The second part of the tour moves from Baie Verte, NB to Charlottetown, PEI and features bluegrass fiddle juggernaut Ray Legere bringing the swing along with sweet songs of Erin Power on mandolin and vocals. The final stop in Harvey, NB will have the ever charming Jim Blewett joining the show with Erin and Duane.
