Durham Vision Event 2020

LeaderImpact has been inspiring and developing leaders for decades. In cities spanning the globe, we are a community of peers intentional about making a difference in the world by becoming better people and better professionals in all aspects of our lives.

Imagine leaders everywhere living life to the fullest: using their influence, affluence, skills and time to make a meaningful difference in their homes, at work, in their cities and around the world. What if their relationship with God and with others was genuine, authentic, loyal, and caring? The true impact they would have would be astounding.

LeaderImpact is designed for leaders who genuinely want to make a difference and are willing to commit the time, energy and resources to make it happen. Join us to learn how you can be part of this movement to change lives in the marketplace, in this city and around the world.

As we sail through these stormy times, we will learn from some LeaderImpact Durham members how to walk in calmness in the personal, professional and spiritual areas of our lives.

Diana Anderson is a strong woman in recovery from substance use and a passionate follower of Jesus Christ. Diana overcame her addiction through the 12 step model in which she built a relationship with God and is actively walking with other women through their journey. She is the mother of two beautiful children. Diana is a CSR for Rogers and is pursuing her dreams to be a realtor.

David Imler is a family man, businessperson, singer, musician and recording artist. He owns a mortgage brokerage business and is a LeaderImpact Durham group leader. Although not yet employed as a man of the cloth, David helps others align their personal, professional and spiritual areas of their lives towards success and prosperity.

Randy Gill is the President and Founder of Their Opportunity, a registered charity that exists to provide underserviced families with the means to enroll their children in local sports camp and recreation programs. Randy has been married to his lovely bride for over 24 years. Together they have a teenage son who keeps them hopping and living life to the fullest.

Ryan Kerr is a businessperson, community leader and Dad. Ryan has lived through some rough times in the past but has worked through a 12 step program and gives a lot of energy to walk with others on their road to recovery. Ryan is also a LeaderImpact Durham group leader.
