ABSTRACT:
Family caregivers are at the heart of living and dying at home with serious illness.
When the ill person and family caregiver desire a home death, support is essential. This presentation focuses on the family caregiver’s experience of caring at home until death, and identifies key supports that enable caregivers' determination to offer the best care possible.
