Event description

Description

The groundhogs have announced more winter is on the way. I invite you to leave behind the asphalt and cold on Sunday February 25 at 1 pm. Slow your pace. Reconnect with nature. Join me and explore how to nurture your nature through flower gazing. Enroll early as space is limited.

Over time we have moved away from the understanding that our lives are intertwined with nature; that We are One. Somehow, we have bought into the idea that humans are beyond the natural world and that we are entitled to control our environment. This has left us thirsty for something more and unaware that our urban lifestyle has left us disconnected from the environment of our biology.

I am a coach and I'm on a mission to reintroduce humans to their natural environment. I hold monthly flower gazing and forest bathing sessions to help us be present with nature. We are so distracted by our worlds, and my aim is to open up presence and space within you, so you can begin to build awareness of your natural self.

Giving back is an important aspect of the Earth Connection Project, part of the proceeds will be donated to Centennial Park Conservatory.
