Event Details

Join me (Eileen Chadnick) and a wonderful group of people on September 23th at 12:30pm ET for the third session in my Ease Talk series (via tele-conference). Once again, this one is on me (complimentary)! In this series are diving into some of the tools and ideas in my book, Ease. Specifically, this session's topic is:

"Focus and Flow"

Maximizing Energy and 'brain-ability'

SEPTEMBER 23 at 12:30 pm ET

With the loads ramping up as the fall season gets into gear, chances are your plate is getting pretty full - and fast! Juggling the demands and work and life in times of 'crazy busy' can wear us down. Get a leg up this season with Ease Talks and learn some 'ease-y' strategies that can have powerful results. We are drawing from my book, Ease: Manage Overwhelm in Times of Crazy Busy which brings insights from neuroscience, positive psychology and emotional intelligence to give backbone to ease-y strategies to help you navigate complex, busy times.

In the September 23 session, we continue to delve into the Ease toolbox and will look at 'the topics of Focus and Flow'. We will learn why you need to tame the multitasking beast and highlight the benefits of bringing more focus and flow into your day. Not sure what focus and flow are? Hop onboard and we'll share the goods. Think you're too busy for focus time as you juggle the loads? No worries – we’ll explore ‘ease-y’ strategies to do that even when the loads are heavy and the time feels scarce.

Participating is as 'easy' as can be. Simply dial in and you're there! We'll send you the telephone number and password as soon as you register. Join in with people from across Canada and the U.S to tune in and get a leg up on times of crazy busy.

If you missed the first two sessions - no worries, it'll be easy to hop on board this round. And if you like, we can get a recording to you for the other two.

"Finding Ease in Times of Crazy Busy" is a series of Tele-talks facilitated by Eileen Chadnick, principal of Big Cheese Coaching and author of "Ease: Manage Overwhelm in Times of 'Crazy Busy'.  See the whole line up of the Ease Talk series events over here!

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS? See below for some helpful FAQ:

FAQ: A Few Things You Should Know About Ease Talks Series….(besides the wonderful fact that the first bunch are free!)

1) Teleconference Format:  Upon registration you will receive a phone number and a special code. You will need this to dial into the call.

2) Long Distance: If you don’t have access to long-distance – no problem! Snag yourself a calling card and you can dial in….easy, sneazy and affordable too!

3) Can’t Make All the Calls? No problem – you can register for each of them and join the sessions that you can. Also – we’ll be doing our best to record the calls and can make them available to those who have registered after the calls.

4) Recordings: worth repeating - the sessions will likely be recorded so if you miss one, you can get access to the recording and be part of the learning.

5) Privacy and Participation: You get to decide how much or how little you want to participate. Most of the sessions will include a bunch of solid facilitator content delivery AND some time for interaction with the attendees. You can decide whether or not you would like to participate in the interaction. And if you do, you may also choose to determine how you would like to self identify (i.e. by first name or full – completely your choice! No lists will be disseminated).

6) Reading Material: Duh…but of course!  – I highly encourage you to get yourself a copy of Ease. But it’s not mandatory – just a good suggestion to complement the learning. You can snag a copy (very affordable) in print, hard cover or e-book. See here for online retailers. At minimum, do check out the introduction chapter (made available my Ease website)

7) Cost (none this round!): Yes, the first few sessions in this series are on me! I’ve put together this program and invite you to participate – at no charge. For the first three sessions (plus one bonus) you pay nada! All you need to invest is a bit of your time and a lot of your interest. Bring your curiosity and learner mindset. By the way, I can’t promise that I’ll offer this again on a complimentary basis. So get on board and if you do, you will be well set for the September rush — and also have a great foundation should you choose to participate in Part II (scheduled for October) — focusing on the Positivity Advantage…..

8) Say hello! Hop onto my Big Cheese Coaching Facebook page and say hello and get some nuggets in advance and after the sessions.

PART II (coming up after completion of these session) –>  “The Positivity Advantage”.  Further details about Part II to be announced soon.

Look forward to seeing you there and learning to ‘Find Ease’ together in times of crazy busy!

With Ease,
