Cuddle Party is a fun and practical workshop about human connection and consensual, platonic touch (think delighting in conversation while shoulder massaging, sharing hugs and sitting-huggles, spooning). One decides with whom and how to cuddle, including to option to not cuddle at all but to simply socialize (no cellphones) and relax. Some people are comfortable with touch, right away. Others may attend one or two events before ready for a hug or cuddle. Whatever your own reasons, Cuddle Party is a great playground for being true to oneself and connecting with other cuddly souls

Curious? There's more . .

In the first forty minutes participants are led through a series of playful exercises by a CP certified facilitator which allow for getting acquainted, practicing clear communication skills, and to learn the Rules of Cuddling (for e.g., You must ask and receive a verbal YES before touching anyone. Or tears and laughter are both welcome). For the next couple of hours attendees may practice the skills just learned, negotiate cuddles or simply chit-chat, journal, relax. There's no cuddle or social expectation, just a willingness to self-discover.

What to wear? think pajamas, yoga or sweat pants.
You're welcome to arrive half an hour early to settle as we'll be starting up on time.
For those who feel at ease in a smaller group it's kept to 10-20 cuddlers.
Allergy alert, this is a scent-free zone (minus perfumes, body-scented products).
For those animal-related allergic, this is a small furry, caged-pet zone.
You must be 18+ to participate.
This is an alcohol-free/smoke-free event.
You may communicate two-way via email as your Organizer checks-in often.

Uplifting benefits of a Cuddle Party may include:
I look forward to sharing amazing quality time, Karin.
