Following the "Healthy Together Program", campers will learn skill building, hands-on activities that explore meal planning & budgeting, movement and physical health, cooking and FUN! Each week ends with a family meal and activity prepared, planned, and hosted by the campers.
Camp will run Monday to Friday from 9:00am-4pm at the Family Connection Centre. Family dinner is Friday at 5pm.
Includes lunch, and two snacks daily, as well as the family meal on Friday.
Tips to help your camper be successful:
- Campers must be entering grades 1, 2, or 3.
- Campers may bring bug spray, labelled with their name, and a leader can assist with spray application outside away from other campers.
- We encourage peanut free but do not guarantee an allergy safe environment.
- Campers must have a water bottle labelled with their name.
- Please bring a hat and running shoes.
- Please bring sunscreen.
- Do not bring valuables or electronics.
- Please label all personal belongings.
