Please join us between 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM on Thursday March 2nd 2017 at Eaton Arrowsmith Vancouver/Magnussen School for our Community Resources Fair. We are organizing an opportunity for you, our wonderful families and other community members, to gain exposure to the practitioners in our area who, like us at Eaton Arrowsmith, provide support to children and adults in order to help them grow and develop healthy brains.
Who is participating in this event?
We are inviting local psychologists, counselors, speech language pathologists, audiologists, nutritionists, vision therapists, occupational therapists and educational consultants, to name a few. We have connected with each of the practitioners who will be in attendance, and all of them understand the important work that we do at our school.
Should you have a suggestion of who we should invite to exhibit with us at this event, please send this information to me at firstname.lastname@example.org by February 24th rather than extending your own invitation. We'd like to connect with everyone first, so that we feel comfortable with the service being offered. Feel free to invite your friends to this event as well!
Who will be joining us thus far?
**At the end of the evening each exhibitor will be making a draw for a free product or service offered by their group!
Shape of the evening:
Upon entering the school you will see the practitioners set up exhibitor style in both of the common areas and back classroom. Feel free to wander through the areas at your leisure, introducing yourself and connecting with those of interest to you.
Treats and refreshments will be served during this event.
*Please note that a limited number of childcare spaces (20) will be made available to our current Eaton Arrowsmith/Magnussen families during this event. If you are registering and require childcare, please register twice - once for your own ticket and once for a childcare space. Thank you!
We look forward to an informative night spent connecting with our community members and celebrating our common goal of supporting the amazing EA students as they develop healthy brains!
