Description

Marko Mäetamm is an Estonian multimedia artist, working within the mediums of video, drawing and the internet. Using the intimacy of family life and fierce dark humour as a means to stab at a wider socio-political issues. Mäetamm has emerged as one of the most prominent artists in Estonia since graduating from Estonian Art Academy in 1995. He is visiting Hamilton with assistance from The Cotton Factory.

Our new season of the Echo Artist Talks will take place at the AGH Annex, 118 James St. North, Hamilton. Each talk includes a Q&A session and opportunity for informal networking before and after the talk with a cash bar available on site. Doors open at 7PM and the talk begins at 7:30PM. Admission is free.

The Echo Artist Talks Series is presented by the Hamilton Arts Council Visual Arts Committee in partnership with The Cotton Factory and the AGH Annex.
