Jock Finlayson is Senior Policy Advisor at the Business Council of British Columbia (BCBC), an organization representing 220 large and mid-size B.C. companies and affiliated industry associations that together account for approximately one-quarter of all payroll jobs in the province. Until 2021, he was the Business Council’s Executive Vice President and Chief Policy Officer. In that capacity, he directed the Council's work on economic, fiscal, tax, environmental, regulatory and human capital issues of interest to the province's business community.
