Event description

Description

President and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Thomas Barkin joined the Bank in January 2018, after a 30-year career in consulting at McKinsey, where he held roles including chief financial officer and chief risk officer. In his current role, Mr. Barkin is responsible for the Bank’s monetary policy, bank supervision and regulation, and payment services as well as oversight of the Federal Reserve System’s information technology organization.

On June 25th, IFSD is pleased to welcome Mr. Barkin in conversation with the Toronto Star's Heather Scoffield for a discussion the U.S.-Canada business relationship, its outlook and related matters of economics and trade.

This a free, non-partisan event, but due to a limited number of seats, interested attendees must still register for a ticket.
