Adventure Journeys was created by Henry Sisa, one very knowledgeable expert expedition leader and naturalist guide, in order to offer the most amazing group adventure experiences and tailor-made trips adjustable to the needs and requests of our guests. Henry was born and raised in a small town called La Esperanza in the countryside in the north of Ecuador, near the town of Otavalo. Our philosophy has been based on the word “LIFE” and how important it is to truly understand its meaning. We believe that with adventure travel we can make a positive impact in people’s lives and create meaningful connections and authentic experiences within our journeys. We hope to give you a new perspective on life about achieving happiness by discovering your own home “planet” and helping people to find purpose about life.

Your Journey Travel/ Anna MacKay - A true veteran of the travel industry, Anna has been exploring the world and helping other people explore it since 1982 and her attention to detail when creating a trip borders on an obsession. From her early career in Vancouver agencies through being operations manager and leading groups for Eldertreks, she has in-depth experience with all aspects of travel – and virtually every destination.

It’s her infectious excitement about travel that gets others excited to travel as well, over the years Anna has made lasting friendships with other travel professionals all over the world and she seeks out in them what she demands of herself, excellence. Adventure Journeys is one of those companies I am proud to partner with. And hey we both have Journey in our names!
