Additional Information:
According to the Centre for Disease Control (CDC), there are 300,000 new cases of Lyme in the US every year most of which occur within 400 miles of the Canadian border. The numbers in Canada are also growing rapidly. Canadian families are currently paying out of pocket for treatment. Lyme patients report spending tens of thousands of dollars on necessary care, placing families in financial jeopardy. All Canadians are at risk.
