Effective Safety Measurement Workshop

The effective management of your safety program or system requires the ability to effectively measure and track an ever increasing amount of data. This practical two-day workshop will walk you through the benefits and approaches of adopting a more effective measurement your organizations safety performance.

From development of basic measurements and tracking of performance to higher end methodologies like leading indicators this workshop will provide you with the information and tools that will get you started or take you to the next level in your development.

A critical component of this course derives from attendance and active participation in class. Participants and employers must commit to full attendance, as missing class time due to late arrivals or absences during the session may result in a participant being asked to withdraw and re-register in a future session.
