Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It is preferred you bring a printed ticket, but a list of registered participants will be at the registration desk.
What is the refund policy?
We require a 72 hour notice - 75% of your ticket will be refunded.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
