EFT for Stress Relief- The Weight Loss Edition

EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques, is an Alternative Mental Health technique involving mindfully attuning to troublesome issues while tapping specific acupuncture points. The mind body combination works very effectively to release anger, fear, anxiety, pain, phobias, past traumas, anger and many other negative emotions that affect our health. Group sessions allow for a very cost-effective way to try out EFT and to benefit from the resulting stress relief.
Whatever your issue, participants in past groups have often noticed that they have many issues in common with other participants and thus can benefit from piggy-backing on the issue and borrowing benefits. We ask that every participant agrees to keeping confidential specifics of what comes out in group, but also ask that participants only share according to their own comfort level.
