Event description
Celebrate the past year in Edmonton heritage, including the activities of EHC and its programs. Free membership available to all.

About this event

Members of Edmonton Heritage Council are encouraged to register for the society's Annual General Meeting. And Edmontonians are encouraged to become members, with free and paid memberships available now.

The business meeting (set to begin at 5:30 PM on Zoom) is an opportunity to learn more about EHC's activities over the past year and to elect a new Board of Directors drawn from our valued membership.

The evening will include a presentation from Omar Mouallem, whose recent work has included the book Praying to the West: How Muslims Shaped the Americas and the film The Last Baron, both supported in part through HCIP funding.

If you plan to attend, please ensure you are a member in good standing so you can vote on business. There are several (individual or organizational) membership options based on length of membership and student/senior status. To reduce barriers and encourage community members to get involved with EHC, anyone who wants to may choose low-income or free pandemic relief membership levels, which are full memberships with voting rights.

If you are unsure of your current membership status, please contact info@edmontonheritage.ca. More details, including AGM package, to follow.

Registrants for this event who are current members will be provided with a Zoom link and password in advance of the event.

Online ticket registration, which is free, will end 24 hours before the meeting.
