What to expect at this Experience:
Indian cooking involves perhaps the most diverse culinary traditions in the world, and here is your chance to dive in to a range of beautiful flavours and fascinating techniques at this cooking class. This Winter, we’ll be exploring Indian cooking traditions, celebrating unique and aromatic flavours, and learning how to make Indian cooking easy and accessible! We’ll be creating and feasting on a multi-course meal that's quick, affordable and nutritious.

About the facilitator:
Melanie Hadida is a nutritional consultant and chef specializing in rustic Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines. She is the owner of Spice & Green, a small business creating handmade spice blends and small-batch specialty food products. Not just an expert in spice blending and vegetarian food, Melanie is also a certified cheese expert (a result of living in Northern England for the past 7 years!). Having just moved back to Canada and now living in Toronto, Melanie is extremely inspired by the diverse food in this city.
