As the days narrow down until the final in-person temples of Awakening Shakti in Vancouver, BC Canada come to a close, my heart is expanding in gratitude, for you, and all the 100 + women who have passed through the moon temples and 7 week courses of The Nourished Woman, and the 21 day luminous womb course we ran last winter. I am truly, deeply, in awe and astonished at the power a woman holds in her body once she commits, with unwavering devotion, to her own healing and evolution as a soul on this planet, in this time and space reality right now.

And it's abundantly clear to me, we need more women now more than ever standing in, and embodying the power of their Feminine intuition, softness and leadership.

A society where humans listen to and honor emotions, communicate with heart and integrity, and live harmoniously with others and the cycles of Nature.

A world where we are in the doing AND the feeling.

The most magnetic, and potent, the most powerful force is the feminine slowing down and deeply feeling.

I have been feeling the pulse to share the teachings of Awakening Shakti in an accessible way online for a few years now.

I want more women, not just the graduates of our in-person course, to walk away feeling deeply in touch with their embodied YES and NO, starting Mondays full of pleasure and alignment, and surrendered and vulnerable in her intimate relating. All this happens inside the EMBODY THE TEMPLE sisterhood.

Starting Feb 13 to August 13 2022, we will meet as a group no larger than 20, twice a month on Zoom to have powerful chakra activation calls, embody the shakti ( energy ) of different tantric goddess archetypes, and most importantly--learn how to bring that energy into the bedroom, the business and beyond.

We work with Arkaya yogic embodiment and breathwork, dyads, guided feminine embodiment temple practices and dance, journaling and more.

Each activation call ( 14 total) will be recorded for your replay.

We will spend 4 weeks at each chakra and goddess archetype, learning her codes and implementing laser focused weekly" homeplay" practices into our lives, in between the 2 monthly 90 min video calls on Zoom.

Private WhatsApp group support where we can ask questions and drop voice notes on what is coming up for us along the way.

I am gifting each woman a 60 min Somatic - Integration Completion call, at the end of August as a BONUS if you enroll before the early bird.

This is a 7 month immersion into the Great Feminine Mystery, unlocking channels of luminous and limitless power and radiance into each energy wheel ( chakra) of the woman’s body. Learn authentic lineage tantra yoga from a decolonized perspective from an Indian teacher, learning how to safely open and integrate your feminine gifts month by month in a balanced pace that actually allows you to absorb the wisdom and teachings for a lifetime. Learn how to ground and root your energy, express feminine power “shakti” in an sensual and empowered way, learn how to open your heart to receive more of life’s gifts and learn how to channelize sacred rage as a tool for change and creation of a new culture of feminine leadership that is emerging on this planet right now-- one that is rooted in the authority of her own knowing and connection to Mother Earth. In this course, you will learn how to harness sensitivity as a tool, and cultivate your Intuition. You will learn how to embody and trust your own inner masculine and attract safer, secure and loving relationships. After 7 months, you will walk away feeling more full of yourself in every way: in presence, power and pleasure. Especially if you have suffered abuse or trauma of any kind to your body in this lifetime- this program will guide you how to feel pass the cracks of contraction, fear and shame, and into deeper expansion, inner freedom, sexual confidence and liberation. It would lead you to a deeper sense of who you are, your purpose here on Earth, and an overall sense of belonging and wholeness. It will lead you to luminous living.

This is for the woman who has a longing in her soul to connect deeper to body, and to connect deeper to her power, her Shakti-- and to do this amongst the members of a spiritual sangha of divine feminine beings every month-- in our virtual temple. Across the board, it is for the women who is tired of isolation and is ready to connect to other women in a safe, sacred sisterhood, where we can go beyond superficial relating and connect deeper from our authentic raw messy and divine selves, and from our hearts. She knows terms like "self-care" and "goddess" don't have to be just trendy buzzwords-- but a messy, full on love affair with Life.

WHY ?

As a survivor of complex childhood trauma-- I know the damaging effects of shame, not trusting your own intuition and not trusting life, not trusting others. My life has changed profoundly since beginning embodiment work and I long to share this process with as many women as possible in this lifetime. I long to live in world where women trust themselves, and truly deeply respect and love and cherish themselves, over the lies of "not-enoughness" and shrinking and playing small. Where women feel confident to shine brightly in all facets of her life. Where women trust and celebrate one another, and sensitivity is honed as a superpower. I long to live in a world where women are rooted, rested and radiant.

About Abneet:

Abneet Sandhar is a trained classical Indian yoga guide, receiving her 300hr teacher training with Master yoga lineage holder: Maitreyi Yogacharini from the Arkaya foundation in 2019. She is also a Feminine Embodiment Coach receiving Woman's Temple facilitation training with Awakening Women in 2017, and also is a certified Holistic Nutritionist + Chef.

In 2021, she received the personal achievement award from the Visioneers Int'l Network for community well-being in Health + Wellness.

She is OBSESSED with guiding women back to their inner healing capability and reclaiming inner power.  She knows that the healing of the world takes place as the Sacred Feminine is brought back into balance.
