Details:

Consider this an opportunity to cultivate your inner warrior, step into your power and embrace the strength inside of you.

Expect light movement and breathwork from some of Jaybird x Unbounded’s top facilitators.

We will be collectively participating in:

• 10 mins Breath & Movement (Jaybird)
• 2 mins Community Plunge (Unbounded)
• 5 mins Breath & Movement (Jaybird)
• 30 mins Social Flowing (Londre)

What to Bring:

• 2 Towels (One to stand on, one to change with).
• Bathing suit (Recommendation is to wear underneath clothing).
• Sandals or Watershoes (Recommended).
• Loose warm layers for before and after the event.

Event Schedule:

• 5:30 - Welcome and introductions
• 5:35 - Begin Breathwork and movement
• 5:50 - 2 minute lake plunge
• 5:55- Re-integration movement / dance
• 6:10 - Beach Social!

We've partnered with Not for Profit Coral Restoration Foundations to provide a brighter future for our oceans. Your ticket purchase to this event goes towards researchers and skilled divers fragmenting coral and spreading evenly across spawning structures. Each coral may result in hundreds of additional colonies.

Corals are going through a mass extinction at an astonishing rate - 50% of the world's coral has declined in the past 3 decades alone due to climate change. Reefs are crucial to a healthy planet - they are a foundational piece of the creation of 70% of the earth's oxygen which comes from ocean plants. They protect land from tsunamis, hurricanes and other climate events and represent some of the vastest biodiversity on earth.
