W/ SPECIAL GUESTS THEIA & THE BURNINGTREE

EMERG with special guests THEIA & THE BURNINGTREE
Live at The Bank Art House

Three bands. Three cities. One night showcasing the future of Canadian rock.

Headlining the evening is EMERG, Niagara’s rising force known for explosive live performances, massive riffs, and an ever-growing fanbase across North America. Still not yet 20 years old, the four-piece is turning youthful ambition into undeniable momentum.

Fresh off the release of “Star Song,” EMERG continues to channel optimism, uncertainty, and the pursuit of big dreams into powerful rock anthems — proving they’re not waiting for their moment, they’re building it.

Joining them is THEIA, the Hamilton all-female four-piece whose chemistry was forged in high school hallways and transformed into something unmistakably their own.

Drawing inspiration from artists like Amy Winehouse, Fleetwood Mac, and Hozier, THEIA blends retro warmth with modern edge. Their debut single, “Embodiment of Beauty,” explores the pressure of comparison and curated perfection, pairing introspective themes with emotionally charged songwriting and commanding vocals.

Opening the night is THE BURNINGTREE, travelling from Ottawa with a sound shaped by classic rock, alternative rock, industrial metal, and progressive influences. Combining the distinct backgrounds of each member into something fresh while staying true to the spirit of legendary live bands, THE BURNINGTREE creates music rooted in experimentation without sacrificing raw energy.

Following the release of debut singles “Bled Red” and “Purple and Black,” the band re-recorded both tracks for their self-produced debut album, “Antique,” released in 2025.

This lineup is built around artists doing more than making music — they’re defining their own sound, challenging expectations, and carving out their place in Canadian rock.
