Our October talk, Emerging Green Builders for Smarter Cities and Communities will provide a brief overview of smart cities, globally and locally. The talk will be interactive, inviting you to think about and discuss emerging green builders and how you fit into, contribute to, and are critical to smart cities and communities.
Patricia McKenna (BA, MLS, DPS) is the founder and President of AmbientEase (Emergent Adaptive Solutions Everywhere). Exploring the rapidly evolving information landscape, Patricia is concerned with the implications of new and emerging technologies for communities, scholarship, and learning environments. Through the UrbanitiesLab, Patricia engages with local communities around use experience and generating new relevancies and vibrancies in 21st century learning, living, and work spaces. Patricia is an educator, innovator, entrepreneur, information professional, and urban researcher.
