Have you ever felt like you were at the mercy of your emotions? This talk will help you better understand your emotional responses to situations and will guide you through strategies for managing your emotional responses to situations in a healthier and more effective way.
The Finding Your Way lecture series is an annual lecture series given by graduate students in Psychology at Western University. The purpose of these talks is to offer evidence-based information and not individual therapeutic advice.
