    Stress management and resilience are certainly key for tackling today’s challenges. Moreover, some individuals are experiencing emotions they have seldom dealt with (grief, despair, rage, etc.) this can be disconcerting and have consequences such as avoidance behaviors, conflict, procrastination and depressed moods. Individuals will react to the current situation in different ways and will recognize that their collaborators and others around them will also experience some uncomfortable emotions. This workshop will help professionals be attuned to their collaborator’s emotional experience and direct them to the appropriate source of support. Being in tune with our emotions reaps tangible benefits: knowing when to ask for help, understanding our needs and striving to meet them and many others.

    Following this workshop, participants will:

    • Understand the concepts of emotional literacy and emotional agility
    • Identify and accept the emotions they are experiencing
    • Develop a plan for increasing emotional agility in their everyday life
