Learn to access your innate qualities for balance, intuition, empathy and traditional yoga and Buddhist philosophies, techniques and perspectives to help balance your emotions. Learn your middle ground. Prepare to live worry-free (worry-less) and live in the present moment. Relinquish your impulse/need to control (almost everything), self-depreciation, blame, hatred for everyone, confusion, putting yourself in harm’s way, and more.

- Leave with a Daily & Weekly Plan of action of your dietary, physical and mental needs
