Event description

Description

The Employment Agreement is perhaps the most important document governing the employment relationship, but many employers fail to have one in place for each and every employee or find that the employment agreement is lacking the necessary sufficiency to be legal binding or enforceable, particularly on termination of employment. The Employment Agreement is designed to protect both the Employer and Employee and outline the obligations and responsibilities of each in the employment relationship. Failure to have a proper and legally enforceable Employment Agreement can lead to huge damages for employers on the termination of the employee.

This 1.5 hour seminar is designed for employers and will outline the fundamentals of the Employment Agreement, the necessary and legal components, and specifically address the requirements for a legally enforceable Termination Clause.

The seminar is free of charge and lunch will be provided.
