About this event
The Empowered ACB Women's Wellness Gathering is a Women's Health in Women's Hands project, providing skills and resources to support your mental health journey.
THESE WORKSHOPS ARE FOR YOU IF:
You identify as an African, Caribbean or Black Woman or Non-Binary Individual who is over the age of 16.
You currently reside in Toronto, Hamilton, Windsor or Ottawa, Canada.

- Having fun
- Prioritizing YOU!
These workshops are an 8-session commitment. Workshops are free of charge and you will receive a $50 honorarium at the end for participating in all 8 sessions.

8 Tuesday sessions: Tuesday, January 10 to Tuesday, Feb 28
