Chaque année, l’Université d’Ottawa sélectionne jusqu’à cinq entreprises en démarrage, fondées par des étudiants ou des diplômés récents, pour participer à un voyage à Silicon Valley (Top5). Les enterprises participantes cette année sont App8, Desk Nibbles, Incuvers and Thawrih.

Les gagnants ont la chance de nouer des liens avec des diplômés établis en Californie et des professionnels de l’industrie dans la Silicon Valley, bien sûr dans l’espoir de donner un élan à leur entreprise.

Le programme, établi au campus Kanata-Nord, accueillera un événement exclusif pour donner à tous nos participants l’accès à des mentors, des réseaux et de nouveaux clients avant leur départ.

Les jeunes entrepreneurs présenteront donc leurs entreprises en démarrage à un groupe d’experts, comme vous! Ils se feront concurrence pour obtenir à la fois votre appui ainsi que des prix en argent décernés par le Carrefour de l’entrepreneuriat.

Each year, the University of Ottawa selects up to five student or recent-alumni led startups to partake in a one-of-a-kind trip to Silicon Valley (Top5). The companies participating this year are App8, Desk Nibbles, Incuvers and Thawrih.

The participants of Top5 are granted an opportunity to: create valuable connections with established alumni in California, and develop relationships with industry professionals from Silicon Valley. Both in hopes of generating momentum to expand their business.

EnRoute 2019 will be hosted out of the University of Ottawa's new Kanata North location, giving companies an opportunity to pitch to community leaders prior to heading to the Valley. The event with the Kanata North Community aims to provide them with access to mentors, new customers and valuable networks, prior to their trip.

The 2019 startups will be pitching their businesses to a group of experts, like you! They will be competing for your support, and ultimately for prize money voted on by you.

Come and see the founders pitch, network with colleagues and help select the winners!
