ENCHANTED EVENINGS CONCERT SERIES with Bella Roces and Joey Albert

Join us on Friday June 16th from 5:00pm to 11:00pm as we celebrate Filipino Heritage Month with the unique performances of Bella Roces and Joey Albert!

During this magical evening we will be featuring a multitude of local Filipino vendors and invite you to engage, support and shop local!

To commemorate Filipino Heritage Month, the Garden Eight Treasures Gift Shop will be hosting a specially Pop-Up curated by Caroline Boquist.

What is included in the ticket:

• Admission to the Garden
• A specially curated alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktail
• Access to a 45-minute musical performance by Bella Roces starting at 6:15pm
• Access to a 45-minute musical performance by Joey Albert starting at 8:15pm
• The possibility to engage with local Filipino vendors (Kasama Chocolate, Studio fundamentals, Kilig candles, Hapag, This & That, Subo Bakes, La Glace)
• Botanical wearables By Romina For Antofilo

Bella Roces, comes from a Filipino-indo and Scandinavian background. She released her first single in 2018, "You're Confusing". Since then, Bella has performed in various shows and venues throughout Vancouver.

For her soft spoken soul, singing and songwriting became a way for Bella to express herself without having to communicate with others. With an R&B and alternative indie influence growing up from her parents, Bella's smooth vocals mixed with vulnerable writing is unique.

Joey Albert is an established Filipina pop and jazz singer, musician, lyricist, and songwriter. She began her professional singing career in the Philippines in the 80's and became a sensation with multiple hits on many of her albums. She has appeared and has hosted my television programs and is most known in the Philippines.

She has performed in Canada, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, the United States, and in various cities across Europe and the Middle East. As a multi-award winning singer, her discography boasts more than 20 studio albums. Joey, moved to Canada in the mid-90's and currently resides in Vancouver, Canada.
