The magic will take place on Saturday, July 30 - 2 Sessions Available.

With lower music volume, smaller group size, special “cool down” areas, dedicated trained event staff, and adapted versions of our signature Enchanted Ball activities - we look forward to providing a magical experience for all who attend!

While our staff are trained to recognize certain behaviours, they are not trained to intervene in any behavioural situations nor are they permitted to ever physically intervene with a child needing support. The responsibility will be on the child’s parent or caregiver to ensure that their child’s behavioural needs are met and that they are watching their child at all times.

This is an inclusive, safe event for everyone and so no bullying or harassment of any kind directed towards either guests or event staff will be tolerated.

While our event will have a designated cool down space with some sensory activities available, if you know that your child requires certain items to feel comfortable, it is your responsibility to bring them with you.

We understand that events, even with sensory accommodations, can be overwhelming for little ones. We will do our best to support parents and caregivers as best we can and will have a designated staff member present who is experienced and trained in autism and neurodiversity to make sure everyone feels supported and to help things go smoothly. This staff member will be pointed out to everyone prior to the beginning of the event so that you know who to look for!

We will be distributing a visual schedule of the event via email so that parents and caregivers of little ones who may need a bit of support with transitions can go over what the day will look like prior to attending. We will also have some printed out and available at the event as well.

Please make note of any dietary restrictions when you reserve your tickets. We want to make sure there are treats available for everyone!
