FAQs

What are your COVID-19 requirements? As of March 14, 2022, New Brunswick’s mandatory order and restrictions have been lifted. This means as of registration launch, attendees will not be required to provide proof of vaccination or indoor mask use. We will continue to follow Public Health guidance should requirements change before the time of the event. To complete your registration for this in-person event, you will be required to complete our COVID-19 waiver.

What's the refund policy?  Cancellations received on or before Friday, May 6, 2022, are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations received after Friday, May 6 and before Friday, June 3, 2022, are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations after Friday, June 3, 2022 are not eligible for a refund.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?  Registrations are transferrable but must be submitted by request to angela@pretzelproductions.ca no later than 48 hours prior to the event.

The Hilton Saint John has reached capacity for the dates of our conference. If you haven’t yet booked your room, there are several other options in the beautiful port city of Saint John. We recommend booking your registration and rooms soon to avoid missing out.

Where can I park?  Hilton Saint John guests use the underground parking garage at Market Square, attached to the hotel. Overnight parking with in/out access for hotel guests is $20.00 plus tax ($23.00), guests can charge their parking to their guestroom folio. Day parking is $10.00 total if you parking between 5am -10am and leave by 7pm / $18.00 total if you park between 5am -10am and leave after 7pm.
