Enhanced Foundations Refresher Course- This refresher course is available to staff that has a current or recently expired (within 4 months) CPI Foundations Full or Refresher course. This 4 hour course will cover: crisis development model, non-verbal behaviour, paraverbal communication, verbal intervention, precipitating factors, rational detachment, and integrated experience, staff fear and anxiety, decision making, disengagement skills, and postvention techniques.

Attendees must stay and complete the entire 4 hour class in order to received their certificate.
