Presented by Dr. Alina Sotskova, R. Psych.
What are some “key ingredients” for psychological health & resilience? We will explore this question, as well as the role of art and creativity in enhancing resilience. Dr. Alina Sotskova is the Artistic Director of Voirelia: a non-profit Dance, Psychology, and Philosophy Hub. She will draw from examples in art to talk about how creativity can help strengthen mental health.
