Speakers and Panelists:

Nika Moeini - Host - Social Entrepreneur, Mindset Coach, Speaker

Nika's purpose in life is community, expression, and social impact. She is a young innovator, sales and marketing specialist, and social entrepreneur. At 16 Nika began her entrepreneurial journey with her first non-profit, Global Green Alliance, which hosted conferences across Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary around social entrepreneurship applied to climate action. Her passion for social change led me to an undergraduate then graduate degree in International Affairs, where she focused specifically on finding the missing link to finance the Sustainable Development Goals. Along the way she wrote a book on careers in international affairs for youth, and started a podcast called Seven Trillion where she explored innovative financing for development. She was awarded the youngest Canada's Future Foreign Policy Makers award by Open Canada at 22, and has spent time working in non-profits CARE Canada and in gender equality policy at Global Affairs Canada. She now works as the Manager of Alumni Relations for youth leadership non-profit, Enactus Canada. Wanting to do more individual level impact, Nika started a mindset coaching business called The Positivity Boss helping entrepreneurs transform their mindset - a brand which has an extensive network on YouTube, podcasts, and Facebook. This success and her long term experience on YouTube and with LinkedIn marketing led her to create her marketing and sales agencies, Moeini Marketing and Coaches Close Clients. Nika now focuses on helping individuals create their own businesses with Modern Nature as a Managing Market Builder, growing a direct sales team in Toronto, Ottawa, and Vancouver helping individuals heal their hair with vegan haircare. She is also a passionate vegan activist and owns the brand Value Vegan.

Léa Candon - Panelist - Mindful Entrepreneur & Earth Activist

Léa Candon is a Mindful Entrepreneur & Earth Activist, committed to building meaningful connexions: People to People, People to Planet, People to Brands, Brands to Planet. Her mission is to support transitions of both People and Brands toward a Positive Impact and Sustainable Lifestyle/Business. To do so, she has created an Environmental Activism Consulting program dedicated to brands (CORPORATE SURVIVAL RESPONSIBILITY), and an educational and inspirational series of events (THE EARTH CITIZENSHIP MASTERCLASS), taking her guests on a journey from Self Love to Earth Love.

Connie Wang - Panelist - Actress, Contentmaker, Self Expression Coach

Connie Wang is an actress, contentmaker, and self expression coach. Although performing is her first love, she has also fallen in love with transforming and coaching women to be authentically expressed in all areas of their life. Besides working on her business and artistic career, Connie has dedicated herself to living an eco-friendly, plastic free and zero-waste lifestyle. At the end of the day, what is the point of putting so much energy into our businesses if we don't have a clean Home to live in?

Stefani Chan-Wright - Panelist - Founder, Ahisma Eco Solutions

Stefani is the co-founder of Ahimsa Eco Solutions, and the Director of Brand and Business Development. She has spent many years in corporate sales and marketing, and has also taught Yoga teacher trainings in Canada and around the world for over twelve years. Her focus is now on bringing the two worlds together to care for our planet by running a business for good that provides upcycled, reusable eco products that support the circular economy, as well as teaching workshops on various environmental issues.

Lindura and Toni - Panelists - Founder, Plastic Free TO

We are Lin & Toni, sisters committed to living a socially conscious and low-waste lifestyle, and the founders of @plasticfreeTO. Through the power of social media, we aim to inspire others to recognize their impact. We also host eco-conscious events and educational workshops in the city.
