The Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership and Lambton County Library are offering YOU the chance to discover the world of entrepreneurship!

About this Event

The Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership is partnering with Lambton County Library to host a fall seminar titled Entrepreneurship 101, which will be held on various dates and at eight different locations throughout the Sarnia-Lambton area.

Entrepreneurship 101 will focus on providing residents of Lambton County with the tools they need to enter the world of entrepreneurship, while also showcasing Lambton County Library system’s ability to support the development of businesses.

“This seminar series is an excellent opportunity for residents throughout Lambton County to be introduced to entrepreneurship as well as aid existing entrepreneurs in their business journey,” said Stephen Thompson, CEO of the Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership.

“The Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership’s Business Enterprise Centre has a wealth of resources to help residents bring their vision to life, and Lambton County Library provides the region with unparalleled access to even more resources that can undoubtedly benefit aspiring entrepreneurs. We couldn’t be happier to partner with them on this initiative,” he added.

"Libraries have evolved from being buildings that house books to community hubs that offer a large and diverse range of free resources," says Darlene Coke, Manager, Library Services.

"These free resources can help entrepreneurs with their business needs and combining the library's resources with the Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership's expertise in business development and growth will be beneficial for those wanting to start their own business."
