YOUR MOST POWERFUL YEAR YET WORKSHOP

Join Community Innovation Lab and The Better Life Project for an interactive goal-setting and action planning workshop with speaker and life coach Natasha Nesrine. We have all done it: made New Year's Resolutions that we forget one week later. This year, invest in yourself! Walk away with a brand new planner, and a road map to achieving your goals.

Included in admission, you will receive:

  • A Better Life Planner

  • A 2 hour interactive goal setting and action plan building workshop

  • Refreshments and networking opportunities

Tickets include special admission to the Members-Only Community Innovation Meetup. Join us at the Co-iLab Hub, and power up your business growth! What's working well, where do you need help, and what resources can you contribute to the group? Work with other entrepreneurs from a variety of backgrounds and Community Innovation Lab staff for support achieving goals and staying accountable.


SELF-CARE FOR ENTREPRENEURS
January 30, 10am-12pm

Interactive talk and workshop: How can the impact of taking care of yourself create sustainability and longevity in your business. Together we will look at self-care as a daily practice, and introduce easy actionable steps and tools. This talk is motivating and empowering for the entrepreneur who is ready to take action about their overall wellbeing!
