Kicking off a brand new year that brims with possibility feels worthy of celebration. What better way to close the year and start the new one off than with a Vision Board Party?! Whether you believe it or not, it's been proven that visualization works and is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do to get you started in the directed of your dreams.

So, we're bringing some of Montreal's top Life, Love, Business, and Nutrition Coaches back to get us geared with their best practices for goal setting, and walk us through the creative power of crafting our dreams out before our eyes...literally.

For this 3rd edition, we've teamed up with the wonderful ladies at Les Lilas, to celebrate all the amazing women who have supported our platforms one way or another over the last year the best way we know how: surrounded by community.

Tenue dans une ambiance conviviale et chaleureuse, #CocktailsnConfessions est la version âgée et motivée de s'ambiancer avec tes ami.e.s. Animées par une expert(es) du thème, nous tenons des conversations judicieuses, sans-baratin autour d'un verre...ou trois.

Lancer une nouvelle année qui déborde de possibilités nous semble digne de célébration. Quoi de mieux que de clôturer l'année et d'entamer une nouvelle qu'avec une party de Tableau de Visualization?! Que vous le croyez ou non, la visualization marche et à été prouvé d'être un des exercises les plus puissants que vous pouviez faire pour vous lancer vers la direction de vos rêves. Donc, nous ramenons les tops Coach Vie, Affaires, Amour, & Nutrition à Montréal pour nous aider à bien établir nos objectifs de 2020, et nous marcher à travers le pouvoir créatif de faire de notre vie un tableau d'art...litéralement.

Pour cette 3e édition, nous collaborons avec les magnifiques femmes derrière Les Lilas, afin de célébrer toutes les femmes qui ont supporté nos plateformes d'une façon ou d'une autre au cours de la dernière année, de la meilleure façon qu'on sait le faire: entourer de communauté.
