The Third Rockin' Charity Yule Ball features the return of fan favourite Amy Voyer, and we are excited to announce that she will be joined by Edmonton’s own Paul Woida! Headlining our show will also be local favourites, Carter and the Capitals: it's sure to be a show you don't want to miss!
Ticket price includes admission, coat check, and access to appetizers and desserts! Alcoholic Beverages, Butterbeer, and silent auction items will be available for purchase on site.
Earlybird tickets disappear at the stroke of midnight on Halloween, so be sure to get yours quick!

Will dinner be served at the event?
There will not be dinner at our event, however complementary appetizers and dessert will be served! Alcoholic beverages and Butterbeer will be available for purchase.
How does seating work? Are there any tables?
The Yule Ball is primarily a CONCERT type event. We hope that you will be spending most of your time dancing, but there will be limited seating for when you are indulging in appetizers and desserts or resting your feet after getting your groove on.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
This is an all-ages event! You do not need ID to enter. That said, if you wish to purchase any alcoholic beverages on site, you will be required to show ID proving you are 18 years of age or older!
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is plenty of free parking on site for all vehicles, flying or otherwise. Please keep yourself and other witches and wizards safe, and make appropriate arrangements to get yourself to and from the venue if you plan on drinking.
Should I bring cash?
We will have a cash bar, silent auction items, and other awesome things to spend some galleons on, so make sure to have some cash on hand!
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We will need to scan your barcode upon entry. That said, you are NOT required to bring your printed ticket to the event. A mobile version will suffice.
What is the refund policy?
We will refund your ticket, no questions asked, up until December 1, 2016. After December 1, we will be unable to process any refunds.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
That's fine with us! Be aware that every ticket can only be scanned in once, so make sure you aren't using the same ticket for multiple entries.
What's the dress code for this event?/ Do I have to dress like Harry Potter?
While this is a Potter-inspired Yule Ball, the dress code does not call for burgundy frilled dress robes (though they are more than welcome!). Any kind of costume or fancy wear will do, as long as you're dressed to dance!
Do I have to like Harry Potter to attend the Yule Ball?
Absolutely not! Regardless of your feelings or familiarity with The-Boy-Who-Lived, the Rockin' Charity Yule Ball is a night of great music, delicious food, and all out wrocking! Not to mention, it's a fantastic way to ring in the New Year while supporting your Edmonton Community. Please note that we are not affiliated with Warner Bros or with J.K. Rowling in any way, shape or form.
Is the venue accessible?
