Is the event wheelchair accessible

Accepted Answer

There is a ramp door for wheelchair access on the south side of the building on MacDonald Drive. Once you enter the building through the south entrance there is an elevator that provides accessibility to all levels of the building. You may find reserved seating in the front rows of the hall.

Can I bring children to the event?

Accepted Answer

You most certainly can! We are happy to provide free access to children (under 10) limited to two children per adult. If you plan on bringing more than two children per adult we kindly request that you purchase an additional youth ticket because of limited seating.

Question 3

Where should I sit if I have a stroller?

Accepted Answer

Once you access the building through the south access ramp we recommend you find seating on the reserved front row or on the outer edges of the pews (which our ushers will assist with). This will give you a quick route to the south exit in case you need to step out to take care of your little one.

Is there parking at the venue?

Accepted Answer

There is paid parking ($4 flat fee) in the north end of the venue with access through MacDonald drive. Additionally, there is free street parking on the south side of the venue, but it is very limited hence we recommend you instead plan on using the alternate parking listed in the next question.

What about alternate parking?

Accepted Answer

There is covered parking available within a block at the Chateau Lacombe Hotel (impark Lot #6) and the Skypark Parkade (Vibe Parking Lot #2) for a $4 and $3 flat rate respectively. Additionally, there is heated parking ($3 flat rate) two blocks northwest of the venue at the Manulife Place parkade.

What if I am taking public transit?

There are bus stops on 101 Street, directly outside the church's main front (west) doors. The nearest LRT stop is Central Station at Jasper Avenue and 100 A Street.

What about the Fiesta?

Accepted Answer

Early bird “Fiesta” ticket buyers (only the first 150 ticket buyers) will gain access to complementary Mexican food and cocoa which will be available shortly after the performance, located in the banquet hall downstairs.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Automatic refunds are only available in the case of an event cancellation. If the event is postponed, refunds are available upon request. No refunds available otherwise.
